Worst product and service in the universe. No one should buy this brand and coolers. It is waste of money

I had bought two, one for Bangalore and one for Kerala. In Bangalore, since the humidity is low, it can cool the room. Unfortunately, Kerala being humid it works just like a normal fan. The remote facility is the best feature of this cooler. Soundwise this is very very noisy. Comparing the parts used in this cooler, the price is on the higher side.

If you are just looking for a cooler with great remote functions then this is for you. The issue with this cooler:1. There is no cooling as you would expect from a Desert cooler2. So noisy, that it becomes impossible to have a call when it is switched on3. There is no user manual for understanding the best way to use this cooler4. Customer support is so pathetic that while registering complaint the guys just started laughing and while raising complaint simple disconnected phone. So thag he doesn't has to raise the complaint.Rest if you are looking for a cool remote with great functions of cooler. Then go for this cooler. Remote won't disappoint you. Just a note, before using the remote you have to remove a plastic layer betweek battery and remote which is kept for keeping battery as new.

Honest review after using it for 2 weeks.Never used a Air Cooler before this. When it arrived, was very disappointed & decided to return it as i only used it without water & it was throwing normal air as fan.After filling up water & then filling up chilled water, I've realised that this the only Cooler i was looking for.Decent Cooler with good air throw. The more chilled water you fill, better air you'll get.

Remote se operate nhi ho rha aane k bad se ek bar nhi chala complain pe complain dalwa di technician aaya bola sale kharab h but uske pas koi sale nhi taste krne k liyeService bhut kharab hai

Worst after service,duplicate spare parts.just loot.I have replaced fan motor and PCB having only 1 month warrenty thinking it is branded and motor will last long but gone in just 1.5 months.Now they say motor warrenty was only 1 month as per company policy.Thay will not replace it I will have to pay again.Is symphony really a brand?Plz don't buy symphony coolers.
