Unfortunately, no. The second order for 'XL' arrived, and they, too, showed a size of 36 - 38 on the "on fabric" label. I contacted Dry Dudz from the Contact information on their website, and the reply I got from the Founder and President said to return the item for a refund. (Amazon did better than that on my first order -- Amazon gave me a full refund and did not ask for the product to be shipped back to them.) So I'm removing one star from my original rating -- I thought Dry Dudz would have taken greater interest in resolving the problem. If Amazon will refund me for this second "bad" order, then I'm going to order a pair of "adidas Men's Sport Performance Flex 360 Boxer Brief" in size 'XL' to see how they fit.Original Review: The Size chart on the Amazon page for this product indicated I should order size "X Large" (waist size of 42") so I did. On the plastic packaging of the ones I received, "XL" was clearly printed on the label stuck to the plastic. However, when I tried them on, though wearable, they were quite snug. When I took them off I noticed that on the fabric on the inside under the waistband was printed a "rubberized" label that was quite hard to see because the color of the "rubber ink" used for the label blended in with the color of the fabric. This label said the item's size was "36 - 38". Again, according to the Size chart on the item's Amazon page, the item was a "Large", not the "X Large" I ordered.Amazon "made things right", and since the item itself seemed to be very well made, I am going to order another pair in hopes of this time getting ones of the size I order. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice under board shorts. *by B***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2015* Everything I read suggested medium but the medium wasn't close to fitting. Large fit well Great alternative to free balling under board shorts. You can't tell with the pictures but the front is mesh and you can see everything through them.
