Great little kitchen knife at a great price. Easy to sharpen and stays sharp reasonably long. Slightly longer than the other paring knives makes this useful as a utility kitchen knife. Lightweight and easy to use for long periods.

I wanted to share my positive experience with this knife. It's truly exceptional and incredibly sharp, making quick work of slicing through various meats. I've had the opportunity to use it multiple times now, and I'm consistently impressed with its performance. Beyond its sharpness, it feels very sturdy and well-made, which adds to its overall impressive quality. I'm really pleased with this product.

Nice paring knife...a bit longer than what I was used to but is sharp and easy to use when peeling apples etc.

Sharp and works well. The handle construction is just cheap lightweight plastic. The actual blade is sharp and the shape of the blade is conducive to sharp efficient cutting. Unironically would be a good shanking tool in prison or something.

it works very well with its thin blade and its sharpness, haven't had it long enough to give a long term review but for the price we are very pleased with the knife

Nachdem ich schon das klassische Kochmesser von Victorinox besitze und so zufrieden damit war, habe ich mir das Gemüsemesser geholt und es ist nun mein täglicher Koch-Begleiter. Es liegt super in der Hand und schneidet alles perfekt. Auch die Reinigung funktioniert problemlos und ich bin super zufrieden. 10/10
