Bummed :( 1) They're too big. The silicone plugs, the outer ear piece, AND replacement squishy plugs. Nothing fits, no options to reduce size; all the replacement tips are the same size. Major oversight 2) Of course, they don't block any sound because they don't fit. 3) Poorly made. I'm sorry, it looks like they're produced with a mold and it's badly done. The front of the packaging is printed visibly off center by almost a half an inch. There is incorrect/random capitalization all over the place on the box. Just...bad. And the box says on the back that it was inspected for quality; by whom, I wonder? Who looked at this and thought, "ah yes, this is it"? 4) No case? There is a case for the replacement parts but not the earplugs themselves...Again, an oversight. Very easy to lose one. 5) Every claim on the box is false. They're not "ergonomic" or "comfortable to wear" and I don't see how/what they mean by "sweatproof". I dunno, it's just a 100% a miss. Avoid, would give zero stars if I could. The noise cancelling effect is significantly less than regular foam ear plugs. In addition, the part that sits outside the ear canal is made a hard plastic, which when you are sleeping on the side, digs and cause pain on the outer ear.

very uncomfortable, did not block much noise and fell out constantly. case did not hold everything and is useless.

These are not good to be used when sleeping.
I purchased these to quiet noise so I could sleep better. Unfortunately, the ear fitting is too rigid for use while sleeping. I tried them for sleep while using a memory foam pillow. The pressure on the ear fitting was too strong. It pushed the harder material into my ear and caused pain. Alas it was a good idea, just not a good fit for use while sleeping.

Sponge rubber plugs do not work.
They sure pump these things up in their add but sponge rubber plugs do not work. The other plugs that come with it are very uncomfortable especially if you sleep on your side. Junk, don't waste your money.

not comfortable, not noise-canceling. They reduce a bit. Also doesn't include different sizes, it's one size.

They work, but uncomfortable.
Hard plastic exterior pinches and is uncomfortable to sleep with. The plugs work fine, but are nothing special.
