I love these containers they are beautiful and spacious. They do not leak and are easy to clean.

This is a really solid glass container. The glass feels thick and a bit heavy, which actually makes it feel high quality and durable. The silicone seal works really well too. Once the lid is on, it tightens securely and feels like it seals everything in properly. Overall it’s a great container if you’re looking for something sturdy with a good airtight seal. It feels well made and works exactly how it should.

own four products from W&P, and despite the higher price, I won’t buy from any other brand. The Porter Seal Tight Glass Bowl is sturdy, leakproof, and still looks brand new after long-term use. The glass is thick and durable, the silicone wrap protects it well, and it’s perfect for meal prep or travel. Quality and design easily justify the cost.

Got a second one so mine wouldn't be taken. Great for hot food or just storing food until lunch. Works great with oatmeal in the microwave. Big enough to hold two pouches with no problems. The material is thick and seems durable. The pattern is enough to make different from others so you know if you got the right one and looks good.

Is $30 waaay too much to spend on a lunch container? Yes, absolutely. Have I probably saved over $30 because it brings me great personal joy to bring my lunch now? Also absolutely. I have two of these, one in pink and one in mint. (If you're not picky about the color, wait for a 10% off sale... I feel like there's always at least one of these colors on sale at any time. So I got both of my over the course of a few weeks for $26 each rather than $30. Still an obscene amount to spend on lunchware, but anyway.) They are 100% leakproof; I bring soup for lunch every day, and these little gems are easy to fill up (because the mouth is wide enough for a ladle) and to eat out of. I don't even have a lunch bag. Such is my confidence in these containers that I just throw them in my bag with my laptop and papers. They're made of glass, but I haven't had any trouble with durability at all. (Make absolutely sure to take the lid off when microwaving. I thought this was obvious, but after reading some of the reviews, I guess it bears saying: gas expands when heated, so if you microwave one of these with the lid on, the glass with OBVIOUSLY crack because of the pressure that builds up inside.) The one problem I've run into with this is that the silicone gasket holds onto strong smells. It's easy enough to pop out the gasket and to clean off stains/food, but smells linger. I've tried soaking in white vinegar, boiling, using dish soap-- very little works to get the smell of chili or of curry out of it. As such, my mint colored one is now my savory foods/soups container, and my pink colored one is not exclusively used for fruit and non-smelly things. Also, the silicone on the outside (the colored silicone) stains if you leave this sitting in the sink with something oily. Not a huge deal, but I did leave one of these sitting in the sink along with some dirty dishes covered in chili oil, and not there's an orange stain on the mint-colored silicone that won't go away despite much washing, boiling, and soaking. But tl;dr: these are beautifully designed, and I like eating out of glass. Leak proofing is amazing. Silicone components a little less amazing. Brings me great joy to eat out of something so stinking cute, even though I eat by myself in my office and no one is there to appreciate the cuteness except me. Have saved money even though these are STUPID expensive tupperware because I just love bringing lunch now instead of buying it.

What an awesome design. It is very sturdy, with the rubber (or whatever material that is) covering on the outside of the glass. It cleans up well and does great in the microwave. My husband can throw it in his backpack and it never leaks, even with very thin liquids in it (e.g., milk, soup broth, etc.). I highly recommend it.

When I worked at my daycare, one of my students (2.5 yrs old) brought this same container to school for their lunch and I was impressed by the quality and how it didn’t tip over! It is a glass container with a silicone design around it to protect the glass! The silicone keeps the jar from tipping and it does well in the dishwasher! I was worried it would ruin the silicone but it was fine when I washed it! Oh and the seal is 10/10! Easy to screw the lid on and keeps a tight seal!

I can’t say enough about how great this container is! It is completely leakproof, even when transporting soups for lunch! The silicone cover keeps your hands from getting burned when you reheat food in the microwave AND you can remove the inner seal to be sure thoroughly clean the lid after use! I got mine as a gift and have gone on to give them as gifts as well.

Bought this for my husband's lunch box. The size is adequate for soup, chili etc. Like the fact that is a glass container and not plastic!
