I thought this would be a great option to keep track of my son in large ...

I thought this would be a great option to keep track of my son in large public places but the GPS gives a general location. For example, if we are at an amusement park it would give me the city he's in which defeats the purpose in this case. I was expecting it to be more detailed. I also thought I would be able to send text messages. Outside of this, the quality of the watch and app was great.
