Works for me
I feel that this definitely works for me. I've been using this for the last three weeks along with intermittent fasting and I've seen a lot of changes in my body. I have no numbers to compare as far as estrogen levels just the way it makes me feel. My only complaint would be mild headaches in the beginning. Which is a complaint that other people have had. I will definitely continue to use it.

Does the job for me
I'm 5'10" at 170lbs. I got my blood work done by a men's health clinic and found that I was eligible for TRT but not at a level where is was a dire need to hop on TRT. Talked with my doctor, suggested a few supplements to help and this one has seemed to be the best fit for me. I have notice a noticable change in sleep, gym progression, body composition and more. Would recommend a try.

Good for TRT
This was recommend by my doc while doing TRT to keep estrogen levels in check. This is a better alternative to anastrozole as it keeps everything steady and level.

Brought down my Estradiol to normal within a month with no side effects
I am always extremely skeptical of supplements and more often than not, you end up paying a lot of money for expensive pee. However, this one really made me a believer. I'm on TRT, about 65mg/wk and I recently got an Estradiol test best of 52.3, which is way too high. After looking around at my options, and reading some horror stories about more direct prescription intervention I decided to DIM a try. The studies all looked pretty promising and the cost was pretty reasonable. After taking this for about a month I just got back my most recent Estradiol test and it was 28.5, smack dab in the middle of normal. I couldn't be happier with the results. Worked quick, no side effects, and did exactly what I was hoping for. If you are worried about accidently messing up your hormones with prescription AI, it's worth giving DIM a shot.
