This is my new go-to brow pencil! It has a great price point and is a very high quality product. It has a spoolie on one end that is better than most budget spoolie brushes, and on the other end is the retractable pencil. It has a sort of triangular shape that takes some getting used to, but I like it because it seems to keep itself sharp and makes the application more precise. I purchased the shade grey-brown because I saw a lot of recommendations for it for black hair. It is indeed the perfect shade, with just enough brown to make the gray natural but not too warm and reddish. Personally, I will probably try another darker shade at a later time because I prefer my brows to be a little darker, but I really think this is a great natural color for every day. It could definitely be used for a range of hair colors, as it isn't harsh looking at all. The product gives a very soft look to the brows, and it's extremely natural. The pencil itself is soft but not so soft that you'll apply to much product. I recommend using a light hand and slowly building up the color with each stroke, which is what I would do with any brow product. I haven't had any problems with crumbling. The only thing I dislike about this is that I can't get a sharp edge with it. It's great for a soft everyday look, but I also film beauty tutorials and find that this is just too soft to make my brows look as 'clean' as I would look in videos. For videos, I still use my NYX brow powder in black/grey, but for every day use, I use this brow pencil. It's quick, convenient, and basically foolproof. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a natural, everyday brow pencil. It doesn't take a lot of effort to use (although the shape of the pencil takes a few tries to learn to use) and I think it would be easy for beginners to use, too. If you want very defined, sharp brows, however, this might be a little too soft.

I have dark brown hair, my eyebrows are an ashy brown... and I’ve always loved that bc it lets me easily switch hair colors without having to dye my brows... my tone has generally worked with every hair color I’ve had and my tone goes well with lots of shades of brown pencils/powders/pomades etc, but now that I’m dark brown by taupe and ash blondes and mid tone ash browns aren’t doing the job, my brows truly need a deep brown ash color, it’s been hard to find, they all seem to have a trace of red in them, I think it’s hard to create a deep brunette pigment without red somehow getting involved but I was a redhead for years and even then I never used warm toned brow products so the moment I detect red... it’s a no go, I even used grey at one point and it’s one of the makeup worlds hidden gems... grey works shockingly well on a lot of people bc it blends well into any cool toned brow and a lot of people have cool toned brows even though they have naturally warmer hair, anywayyus the grey I have is too light so I got this bc it said grey brown... I took a crappy pic but I think the color looks accurate, I think this is a universally flattering shade for anyone with medium-dark brows, I love the shade and even ordered another one bc my prime is running out and I gotta stock up, that said I wish the grey was more pronounced, so I’m going to order their grey shade bc I really like this products application and might just buy all the shades for my kit at this point, but this is a very pleasant cool toned brown... it’s more cool than ashy if that makes sense, the application is exactly what I want in a brow pencil, it’s a dry application that need a little force if you want a lot of pigment, I sketch my brown so I use a tad bit of pressure and might strokes... I personally don’t like eye pencils that apply like eyeliners... I’d rather use a pomade and a brush at that point. I like this products and think they have a good shade range going... wish they could make one other color that’s called black brown grey... maybe they do and I gotta look around for it. Long story short... their shade range covers a lot of bases and the application isn’t waxy.. not a scam worth the $.

I have eyebrows that are so blonde they're basically clear (my hair is also blonde currently). I'm also very cool toned, so a vast majority of blonde/taupe/light brown eyebrow products pull very warm and orange on me and clash with my hair and skin. I love this pencil in the Grey Brown shade because it is a true cool tone for blondes and light brunettes. The formula is kind of thick and waxy which I feel helps it last longer. That said it is not a long wear product and I do have to touch up mid-day. For days when I don't mind that, this is my preferred eyebrow product.

Perfect color for gray hair. Flat sided so you do not have to have those skinny lines. I use it on the flat and then turn to pointed end and draw a few darker lines. Looks so natural.

I thought the color was pretty accurate but I hate using it. It’s soft so easily shows on brows. The problem is it’s nearly impossible to outline or do any precision application even when I try to use the pointed end. It smears/smudges easily & doesn’t last as long as the Anastasia BH brow wiz that I’m used to. This would probably be best for someone who uses brow makeup to fill general sparse areas in my opinion

Colour is nice and product is good

This is the perfect colour for lighter brows. I have dark brown hair but my eyebrows have never been that dark so I've usually used blonde shades but I find they are usually too warm toned. This eyebrow pencil is the perfect colour - cool toned and not too light or too dark.

This is fab! The first grey/brown I have found, so it’s not too dark. Goes on well, staying power is ok but I top it up if needed. I have bought this a few times now.
