I like that they are in little packets. I don't like that I've not noticed anything different. I have to watch my blood glucose and not sure why after I took it OMG my blood sugar shot so far up I was in shock especially since I was in fasting mode except for taking this in the morning. I think once i'm done with my already paid products I'll move on to a non-soy product.
