Portal Games Empires of The North Roman Banners

I received this product and noticed I was missing a card. I put in a request with Portal Games, didn't hear back, sent a follow-up email, then was told to place another request. I really enjoy playing Empires of North, so I hope this gets resolved soon. It's disappointing to receive a brand new product with a missing component. Edit: I finally got a response in the form of a tracking number on 26JUN (initial request sent 15JUN, their website did state there would be delays as a result of COVID). I received a replacement card which is the good news. The bad news is that the card is not in good shape (see attached photos). I placed the card under a heavy book and am hoping that will help, but at least I have the card. I would have increased my rating if the card I received was in better condition. Now I will be able to try out the expansion with all the cards present! Edit 2: Early July, I received another replacement card which is in excellent condition. I'm guessing the damaged card was from my first request and the good card is from my second request. Also, I think this is an isolated issue and since I eventually received a good card, I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars.

Great fun euro game. Plenty of content with many expansions that have also been produced.

Product is as advertised, good shipping. The expansion is decent but I would recommend getting the Japanese Islands first, and only getting the romans if you really need more factions than that.
