Its getting a reduction in stars because of the Silica in it, this seasoning tastes awesome though. I wish they would use a less hazardous anticaking agent or none at all.

Pretty damn good. Got this along with another "award winning" rub and tried it on two different tri tips. This one came out SOO much better. My new go to! ! I tend to brine, then dust with garlic powder before adding the final rub. Cooked in my traeger and reversed seared with some sage, rosemary butter, and sweet god almighty, it was THE best tri tip i have ever cooked.

This is an excellent product. It worked great on the smoked chicken I just finished and should work great on my Thanksgiving turkey, as well. Very tasty and the bird looked fantastic.
