I just recently switched to this particular product because of the value for the money. This vitamin is potent, and has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I ended up going on a road trip soon after switching and found that even after hours and hours of driving I felt noticeably great and I knew it was because of this product. The downside is these smell and taste absolutely awful. But I found ways to not notice it as much, like downing them with flavored water, milk, or protein shakes. Its not as bad if you take it with something that can conceal the taste. Having taken vitamins most of my life, I would contribute them to the reason I have never had any health issues (knock on wood), and i'm close to 40.
