Purchased this for pregnancy and it is definitely a must have. Excellent quality, sturdy ball. Easy to inflate and to top up. Held the air well and only needed to top up once in the 3 months I used it for. It survived my 9 year old step son messing about on it and being thrown about, as well as my dog who showed an interest in it! Excellent for lower back pain (pregnant or not), really takes the pressure off and towards the end of my pregnancy it was the only place I could sit that felt comfortable. I could spend hours sat on it! Comfier than my office chair so I used this to work from home instead of a chair! Also watched videos on how to use it to encourage baby to get into the right position for birth using the ball. I’m 5foot 4 and purchased the 55-85cm ball which was perfect height for me. Would highly recommend!

I purchased this ball whilst recovering from an injury to my back/leg muscles after a fall. I need to build these muscles up and have found this ball brilliant for gentle exercise, I'm seeing a difference already. I'm 5ft 2in and find the 55in ball is perfect size for me. I use it whilst sitting in an armchair, pushing my legs against the ball. Its a lovely colour (purple), quite simple to pump up and the quality looks good. I can certainly recommend this.

Brought to aid my grandaughter to stand & learn to walk, so the size was slightly to big, for its intended use “physical” training i believe it would be perfect, it easily takes an adult, is very well made too.

I couldn't have asked for a better ball for my final few weeks of pregnancy! Finally I'm comfortable after weeks and it feels so sturdy - the quality is great and the little tool to get the pin out is a godsend! Also at 5'11 I'm thrilled to have found a ball the right size for me!

Best ball I've owned. It's non slip very sturdy and doesn't feel like it's ever close to being too stressed. The hand pump is amazing and inflates quickly. Much better than the standard foot ones that come with gym balls.

Brilliant, comes with a hand pump, easy enough to use. Need to add air in every couple days. Using for pregnancy working a treat. I'm 5'6 and it's perfect size for me

Ball is sturdy, and works well but the accompanying pump is real cheap stuff and it is difficult to inflate / keep inflated the ball because pump leaks air while you're pumping... Also the plug losens and ball leaks certain amount of air so you have to top up every week.
