Excellent for my Vertex UHF radios. I can’t tell the difference between these and OEM.

The Coonyard (labeled: ELXJAR) (2-Pack) 7.4V 2300mAh FNB-V96LiA Li-ion Battery Replacement for Yaesu/Vertex VX-350 VX-351 VX-354 VX-359 Two-Way Radios is an excellent cost-effective solution for your Vertex VX-Series radios. The run-time of the 2300mAh packs seem to be at least as long as our OEM FNB-V95LI battery packs, but we have not run the packs to exhaustion yet. They are nearly equal in weight (ELXJAR: 4.1 oz, Vertex: 4.6 oz.) so you will not notice any difference in carry weight. The plastic housing is spot-on excellent engineering quality, with strong composite housing, and nicely gold-plated contacts for charging and radio contacts assuring high-reliability contacts. Overall, we are very impressed with the quality, weight and performance of the Coonyard/ELXJAR FNB-96LI battery packs and would easily recommend these for your Vertex VX-300 Series radios for replacement purposes. Well done! We'll now get back to testing the run-time of these new packs.
