This Butterbur really helps reduce the number of migraines I get. It takes time when you first start taking it; it took almost 2 months for me. The pills in the bottle are great. But I've received the sample packs of 10 several times now with my orders and the 10 pill blister packs are frequently smashed and the liquid in the pills has oozed out so I won't order that version any more.

Seems to help my wife--doesn't seem to have nearly as many migraines as in the past. She's pretty sensitive and doesn't tolerate many things, but this seemed ok.

They did not work for me and later my doctor advised not to take them due to liver toxicity.
