I love this water bottle
I love this water bottle! It stays sealed and I can toss it in my bag without worrying.Three other people at work have the same one and they all love it as well. One of my coworkers had the little metal clip on the lid button break, though, so it's not leak-proof.I've dropped mine a few times by accident and it's held up (thankfully).A couple minor cons:The bottle came scratched on the side - just cosmetic, though. (Attached a photo of that)The number dial on the cap is a bit annoying if you actually want to use it; you need to remember to turn it while the cap is off/it can't be adjusted with it on.-Note: There is a rubber gasket in the lid that you can remove and clean. My friend's mom has the same bottle and she had evidently never cleaned it and there was mold there. I'm adding a photo of it. There's also a little rubber piece at the top of the lid that can be removed for cleaning as well.Happy hydrating!

If you drop your things a lot, this can break easily
This water bottle was great while it lasted, which was roughly 9 months. It was easy to clean and the design was nice. However, the little metal part that helped keep it closed broke off when I accidentally dropped the bottle getting out of my car. The piece was lost. It was okay, however, because the piece wasn't that essential to the function of the water bottle itself. However, a few months after that, after work I noticed the bottle wasn't closed all the way. Looking further, I saw the plastic piece had broken that locked the top in place. I concluded that someone must have bumped it off the table and it broke. It was now officially broken. Unless I was willing to use tape to keep the lid closed, I wasn't going to use it anymore.

Leaky seams but well made everywhere else
I've had this bottle for about a year and nothing has broken which is great. It's a reliable bottle but the only thing I'm unhappy with is how it leaks at the seams. At first I thought I didn't screw on the top well enough, but it seems like it doesn't matter if you did, water leaks out the sides. This has taken me by surprise multiple times because I usually keep this in a bag with me, and there ends up being a tiny pool of water at the bottom of my bag. I've found that wiping down the seams first helps most of the time but it's really hit and miss. I've wanted to buy a new water bottle for some time now because of this but it's a shame because this bottle is sturdy everywhere else.

Great bottle for taking around in a car or between ...
EDIT: Like others on here, the piece that holds the lid down broke in less than a year, and apparently that part isn't covered under warranty. It's a shame -- I loved this bottle, but if I can't count on it staying closed, what's the point?Great bottle for taking around in a car or between tables/desks. Really easy to drink from, and the closing and lock parts are all quality. My only warning is that it's not a good bottle for drinking from as you're carrying it around, because it's awkward to hold when the lid's dangling open, and the alternative is to keep opening and closing it. Push-pull lids are better for hiking and the like I think, if you're not a big germaphobe.

Good buy for the kids!
Great choice for my 2nd and 3rd grader to take to school - durable, lightweight but not top-heavy, cap is easy to open but closes tightly. They have already been through two weeks of school, several soccer games, and the endless dropping and throwing that happens with boys this age...and beyond a few surface scratches, no problems. We keep the locking metal clip open, as that one is a little tricky for my younger one to open (just keep flipped down). The hook is durable and the right size for hands or backpack hooks. I love that I can throw in the dishwasher (top shelf) without taking parts apart - our beloved Camelbacks had that drawback. My kids don't mind room temperature water, so the lack of insulation is not an issue. I did notice that mine don't look quite like the ones in the video - the intake monitoring system is on the black part (the part that screws onto the clear bottle), not at the top...but we don't use that feature (I actually don't get it, frankly - does anyone refill this bottle 6x's a day??) so no biggie. I think these bottle will last us a few years, a good buy.

With great design and function the Intak is also ambidextrous!
These water bottles are a great design and high quality materials. I can't comment on long term durability yet (I am sure it will have a great service life) but the price was too good to pass up. I do think the Thermos Tritan would be a great water bottle as well. I like the drink opening, it truly is perfect for drinking water but I am sure it would work well with other liquids. The photo shows a right handed grip. Being left handed, Thermos quality and the great price I couldn't pass it up and would live with the wrong sided grip for me.. When I received it I washed it, out of habit (it was clean) and filled it. I took a drink and realized it was now left handed! Thermos made this bottle (as I am sure at least some of their other designs are as well) with the cap able to be started in different points on the bottle and the cap ends up aimed at you in either your right or left hand. That design made me very pleased to have taken a chance on this bottle.Major kudos, Thermos!

Spill proof
We have used these Thermos bottles for years. No need to waste money or needlessly hurt the environment buying bottled water. With the metal lock in place, these are absolutely spill proof, even when dropped. They are comfortable in hand and fit our car's cup holder. The only gripe is that the top is fragile. It does not take much of a jolt for the locking mechanism to break, rendering the bottle uncloseable.
