Regards, Ring Team **Q: How do i disable night light?** A: Put chime in a different place were light can get to it it will shut off with light hitting it , than come back on at night Shine a flashlight on it , it will shut off **Q: The one i just returned would not connect to my wi-fi. Should the pro connect better?** A: I had the same issue with my floodlight cam. I moved one of the mesh routers right next to the camera and it said the same thing. I discovered it had nothing to do with signal strength, but was due to my WiFi network being 5.0 instead of 2.4. I can’t speak to the chime but could be the same issue.
