Ummmm. This item is amazing.
I purchased this despite the agonizing horrible reviews. I mean it’s $10. My 6 year old daughter hasn’t put it down. It comes with a charged so she knows to charge her ‘phone’ at bedtime. To address some negatives I read but haven’t experienced: LED lights don’t work: when you turn on the device music and the leds flash. After a bit it does stop (for battery life). To turn on leds press and hold the bottom left button (it’s the photo button but says led at the top) for about 5 seconds and the lights will flash. To turn them Ofc press and hold the same way. 2) doesn’t charge : so far so good 3) hard to understand the words: its in English in an English dialect. I understood everything because it’s well spoken English. 🤦♀️ Last bit of advice read the instructions! The ‘power’ button changes the modes. All in all, I just bought another for my daughters friend. I’ll make a video and update.

You can adjust the volume on this baby’s cell phone.
I know babies love to get their hands on remotes and phones. This little toy phone has a lot going on. Other reviewers were complaining about it being too loud. They said they could not lower the volume. Read the instructions that came with the phone people. You can long press on the home button to adjust the volume in increments. You can long press the bear’s head button to turn the lights on and off. This phone charges with a micro usb cord. One is supplied, but not the charging block. They recommend using a 1 amp charging block. The instructions say the phone charges in 10-20 minutes. I hadn’t read the instructions, so I charged it longer. It shuts off if left idle for 3 minutes. When it shuts itself down, the on/off switched on the bottom edge of the phone is still in the on position. In this case, switch it back to the off position, then back to the on position to operate it. I haven’t baby tested it yet, it’s for my grand niece’s first birthday. I anticipate that she’ll love it. **Update** I gave the baby her gift today, she loved it. Definitely baby approved.

Makes my son happy
Update: I had this phone for 2 months and it still works great. My 13 month old found out how to turn the volume down on this phone. Hold the power button down while it’s on (playing) and and each bong you hear it means it’s turning up or down. My son loves the phone because the found but I think it’s to loud for their little ears. He does not put it to his ear like a actual phone thankfully. I want to say I need to charge it every 2.5-3 days which is not bad. I did have to shave some plastic off the charging port in order for me to charge it because the charger could not go in prior.

Cute idea but it's SO loud
This is a great replacement for handing baby your expensive phone. The downside is that it is SO loud - as in "instant headache" loud. Although there is a way to adjust volume, the baby can easily change it back by simply pressing the "power" button. It is also necessary to constantly reset the volume to the desired level each time you put it on. The songs are also annoying, though I guess that's to be said about most baby songs. I did find it strange that a xmas song is included. All in all, it's a cute toy. It'd just be better with more convenient volume controls.

Was a hit
We had to buy several so she could have one at everyone's house and in everyone's car.

Horrible!
It’s not wonder why the phone is so cheaper, the front sticker is peeling off & we just got it two minutes ago.

Sturdy and useful learning toy
This little phone is full of different songs, and learning buttons. The little ones can learn numbers and colors. It's also sturdy. My little guy Drops his and even uses it as a hammer, and it just keeps going. He's still too young to learn from it, but i think it'll be around still when he does get old enough.
