Good for starter, rpm different from on and another. So quality control from tamiya is terrible. One starting 25k, another starting at 26k rpm

Not the original but adequate for the purpose of repair
I have the blue Tamiya craft drill. Neglect resulted in the original motor failing. The advantage of this drill is the low speed and torque. When doing delicate hobby work, a gentle touch is needed. This drill is perfect for that. This new motor has returned functionality to this tool. Great value
