Q: My 6” Wen electric buffer has a microfiber pad. Is this ok or should I use a different material? I will be using this to polish pontoons.

Yes, this would be perfectly fine.

Q: I’ve sanded the floor of my jon boat to bare metal. Will Star bride polish protect against corrosion?

I would think it would. I would probably do two coats in case of a missed spot or two. Just be careful about getting it where you walk because I think if your feet are wet you would slip rather quickly. In thst case put some of the non slip adhesive backed sandpaper looking stuff. I have it on my wheel covers and the trailer tongue.

Q: Will 1 bottle polish both pontoons?

Of course it would depend on size of your boat but I did a 15 foot all aluminum and used about a 1/4 of the bottle. The more times you go over it the better it looks. My opinion one would do you.
