How much filling would an XL bag need?

8 large bags, I used 4 and did not even half way fill it

Which size bag takes 300 liter?

This bean bag takes about 8 bags of fill, it is also easy to break, I have thrown away my bags they broke and would have to reconstruct the whole bag. I would suggest to buy a liner to put the stuffing in or you will have a disaster like ai did two separate times.

Does this meet new york state school fire code standards?

No answer but would assume not.
