Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield is a lifesaver when you have kids and pets to help keep clothing and household fabrics safe from spills and light rain. I used for my older rain jacket and new Expedition jacket. Works very well. Suggestion: spray at least 24 hours before you need it and let it "out-gas" in the garage or outdoors. Strong chemical odor until it dries completely.

I bought this to keep my white canvas sneakers looking clean, and so far, it’s doing a great job of repelling the dirt and soil. I’ve been wearing these white canvas sneakers since I sprayed them a week ago and so far the spray is doing its job well. It is easy to use. I took the laces off and placed the shoes inside a cardboard box and on the inside I stuffed with newspaper to prevent the spray from collecting inside the shoe. This kept the spray off other surfaces. I sprayed three coats, waited about 30 minutes between coats to make sure each coat was not too heavy and dry before applying the next coat. It’s been a little bit rainy outside and I have no marks or soil on the shoes. This was a good value and because I used thin coats that I let dry before applying the next, there is no stickiness. I plan to spray my canvas backpack next and see how it works on that. The sprayer was even and easy to direct and did not stick or leak. Good product.

The product works as it should. I would recommend spraying outside if possible as the odor lasts for many hours after spraying.

I have been using this product for years. Works on suede shoes and bags. Works well on leather too. Great product for protection from weather and general wear and tear.

I purchased this product because I could not get a silicon spray for a reasonable price. I received this product and was impressed by it water repellant qualities. I have justg used the 2nd can and will order again in the future when this can is empty.

Spray is highly effective. Just need a light spray and then a light second coat for our new dining chairs to be all set. Once dry, we tested and water beads beautiful on top of the fabric.

I use these for my American flag that I hang outside. The smell is a bit strong, but I do it outside so it's not a problem. It definately extendss the vibrant colors of my flag in the SC summer sun
