Thank you to everyone who commented on my question about the charcoal curtains! I went ahead and bought them and agree with you all, they are a really nice dark grey and look lovely.

They’re not navy/as dark as they’re described to be and they’re not crushed velvet. They are lovely and soft, heavy, they’re not see through which is great and they seem to hold the heat in well. They are lovely curtains and they do go well enough in my lounge. They’d get 5* if they were actually navy but that’s why I gave them 4!

Wasn't expecting much when I bought these. They arrived and they are beautiful so I ordered another pair. So soft and look a lot more expensive than what they were. They block out the light and have helped keep the heat in my home too.

Lovely curtains, very soft on touch and quite thick ,good for old cottage windows to cover.

The curtains are nice and soft to touch.The description as 'Blackout Curtains' is wrong and misleading.

Very thin curtains... lots of loose threads... hang ok.. colour is nice...Wouldn't rush recommended them
