Oh man, you looking to loose weight? At home?, or unable to work out to much due to problems? Well let me tell you this is great!! Honestly I lost 15 lbs in 8 days I took it 2 times a day for those 8 days. First thing in the morning then another at 6pm it keeps you fill for 5 hours, it taste delicious can't beat that and it does make you go poop but not like others that has you doing diarrhea. Just add water and blend best advice drink it slowly that way your extra full. Enjoy 😊

Okay I have to put a review on this because a lot of these are nasty but this one is actually really good. Now I just put water with it as the instructions say. But I think a lot of people put like almond milk and oat milk and stuff like that. I just use water 10 oz actually. Now the first time I had this it was extremely sugary so it just tasted really good but a lot of sugar which I know it doesn't actually have sugar. But with that being said the next day I decided to add some fruit. Just some berries. So some blueberry. I think they're blueberries and strawberries. It's in berrie bag I got from Walmart. So I added two scoops of this powder from the keto and I added two scoops of strawberries and blackberries which tone down the sugarness quite a bit which was really good and that is what I'm eating for lunch and it's so good. I'm so excited! Price is great. I'm going to be getting more for sure. I sent this to my mom and my sister-in-law saying this is a game changer. It keeps me really full for a pretty good amount of time. I eat dinner at 6:30. Lunch is usually at 2:00. I have my shake at 12:00 so I'm not even hungry at lunch time. Oh I do make this in my ninja blender.

This powder melts perfectly, it’s smooth, tastes like cold cocoa no vitamin or their taste just chocolate, slightly thicker. I love it. Wonder if I can drink it more than once per day. For breakfast and evening so I don’t snack.The can is quite big. I have small hands and had a hard time opening the lid of the can as my hand could not grasp it Hope it will work and melt the fat as the can states. Today is my first day. I bought two cans because it says on the can that it has 14 servings. You use two scoops per serving. Drink with cold water I blended it. In my opinion it’s fantastic taste. I love it.

Has a great chocolate flavor and definitely fills you up. If you are thinking of mixing with milk I would recommend mixing it with water first it tends to clump up. Great price and doesn’t mess up your stomach. But… it does have a lot of stuff that is not recommended according to the Yuka app.

Chocolate is the easiest thing not to screw up, but they managed to do it. When you open the container initially, there is a strong chocolatey smell. So you would figure you would be in for a treat. However it falls short. It's not chocolatey enough and the sweetness is barely there. Slightly chalky like most protein powders and only mildly ok. In order for you to enjoy this, you really got to add some extra things in it. I added more cocoa powder, a packet of sweetener, and a little bit of instant coffee for a deeper flavor. It tasted better, but was annoying that I needed to add more stuff in to make it edible. I've had better shakes. It's not terrible, but it's not up to expectations.

I have ordered both the Vanilla and Chocolate, and both are fabulous! They mix well, are not gritty, there is no aftertaste, and both are very creamy with a delicious flavor. Even my hubby thinks they are great and was surprised that they are made with just water. These are a must if you’re cutting carbs but still would like a bit of a treat, or to replace a meal (it is filling enough). I’ll be adding both flavors to my amazon auto delivery subscription.

I was looking for a replacement for the Keto slim fast protein powder and this is it! It tasted great every single time and doesn’t leave me hungry afterwards! The texture was smooth and even when diluted a little more than it calls for, it still tastes great. I’m happy about the ingredients and that I have a quick breakfast option again!
