I bought these capsules for my kids and they have been a hit. The best thing is that they are small and easy to swallow, and the strawberry flavor really conceals the smell of fish, so they do not put dogs to take.

The taste is great with a light fruity coating. My child has no problem taking it and even likes it. The capsule size is also easy to swallow. Very happy with this product.

Both my 7 yr old and 9 yr old take without complaints. My 7 yr old swallows pills and he has zero issue with these. My 9 yr old chews them and says they taste ok. We love Nordic Naturals brand for our adult Omegas so it only made sense to use this brand for the kids. Would absolutely recommend

I bought these for my seven-year-old as they were high omega-3 and claimed to be chewable. Unfortunately, the poor kid bit into them the first time and nearly gagged on the flavor, and spit out the capsule shell. I went ahead and tried one right after him, and sure enough, the capsule is hard and bursts open when bitten, but cannot be chewed after that. The oil inside the capsule does seem to be slightly berry flavored, but definitely still maintains a fishy taste and an oily texture that is not pleasant to consume. Fortunately, I have been able to teach him how to swallow them whole now, so they won’t go to waste.

I’ve been giving this to my kids for a couple years now and it’s time to leave a review! We love them! They are small enough for my youngest to swallow, they taste great for them and the smell of them is a plus since my kids like to smell things before they take them lol. I think it’s a great value for the price, they are easy for them to take, and I notice a difference in my kiddos when they don’t take them! 10/10 recommend! Need to reorder now as a matter of fact!

My 9 year old isn’t a fan of having to take these but she takes them regularly and says they are easy to swallow.
