2 inch stab through package bottom and created a hole.

just received and find a 2 inch line - stab through the package bottom and create a stab hole : as if being forcefully stabbed then squeeze by a machine. Edge slightly bent too. I don't need return but return is the only option available to raise my concern. I cant mute and simply accept a brand new yet damaged item.
