cheap quality
don't care much for this product, will purchase different one next time. Update lights now flicker on an off prongs falling out of back of switch

Not wired right
First off it's well built buttttt something is not right about the wiring the red and black coming out of the unit doesn't work..i had to plug power into one of the supply out terminals and they worked but wouldn't work with the red or black that you supply power and ground to the unit...

Didn’t work as advertised
Wasn’t easy to install. Had to play with the wiring just to get one of the buttons to work. After all the trouble I was only able to get one button to function, I didn’t return it cause I already made the hole in the plastic and i had already completed the wiring.

Just more junk..
Switches are pure junk.. attempted to remove the spade terminals from the back side of the switches amd the switches literally broke apart. Not even worth asking for a refund. Cost more to send it back.

No customer support
I ordered this switch to replace the red flip switch but it’s not set up to direct replacement and no instructions to change it over also no customer service or support to possibly get instructions on how to make it work

Poor design
When golf cart is turn off the lights is still off. They don’t give you instruction or enough wire to run to ignition to allow the backlit switch light to turn off.

Not rated for marine use or other damp locations
Isn't rated weather proof or even for dampness , sircuit board won't last not a sealed switch for marine use . Buying carling switches at least they are rated .

Broken on first use
During the install one of the wiring terminals came off but I was able to push it back in. Also only one switch lights up
