As a vegetarian, I don't use fish oil. I find these to be useful in supplying the omega-3's necessary. They are reasonably-sized (much smaller than fish oil caps) and easy to swallow.

This stuff is amazing! I helped control my son's seizures. It is hard to find products with only DHA. I am so grateful for this product. We use a lot of this so I wish it came as liquid in a bottle. That would make it so much easier to give to my son.

I don't take many supplements, but there's enough literature supporting the positive effects of omega-3/DHA that I want to take it. As a vegetarian since my youth, I'm not a fan of omega-3 from fish. Imagine how excited I was to find out that fish get their omega-3 content FROM ALGAE. Why oh why do so many companies insist on selling fish-based omega-3s?This is pricey so I don't take the recommended serving size. Here's hoping less is more! The pills are small and easy to swallow.

I bought the Source Naturals Vegetarian DHA to supplement my prenatal vitamin/mineral. I specifically wanted a vegetarian form because, having taken fish oils in the past, am wary about the fishy aftertaste they often leave behind (I'm not a fish fan, anyway). These are smallish softgels, really easy to swallow, and do NOT leave any fishy aftertaste. I do take them with apple juice just in case, but so far have not noticed anything unusual. Source Naturals is a good brand, too, so this is a good, affordable way to supplement with DHA, whether you are taking it for yourself or are a pregnant/nursing woman wanting to enhance fetal/baby brain development. If you are looking for a good source of DHA and don't want it from a fish-source, then buy this product!!!

Been taking DHA for years and no longer have those "why did I go to this room to get what?" moments. My memory is great even after using DHA for 15 years, plus DHA is excellent for eyeballs - makes being in the sun so much easier on the eyes. HIGHLY recommend taking this.

We are vegan and I wanted to take Omega DHA and my husband needed to increase his HDL. This was a perfect solution and his numbers did improve with his next blood test. They had not gone up with other brands of DHA.

High dollar stuff but Source Naturals has by far the best products on the market.
