I use it with small group spiritual formation (12 or less). It covers various spiritual practices. Excellent for beginners, but is also very helopful for those who need a boost.

Wonderful book. Many exercises that have expanded my way to understand and live scripture. Good book for group experiences but also for individual depth of spirituality.

I ordered 2 books, "Companions in Christ: Leader's Guide" & "Companions in Christ: Participant's Book". The 1st book seemed to be an "opened" book for a long time with a spine defect and front & back covers were yellowish. Should have charged at a discounted price. The 2nd book arrived with its cover having a fold or bent mark at the top corner.
