National Geographic Kids Why?: Over 1,111 Answers to Everything (NGK Why?)

This is a thick big book, and despite my 7y old didn't get much interest into it, I did! It has a ton of information and curiosities about anything divided into categories and I think it would suit a bigger more interested kid. Great quality, the hardcover is very strong and it would be a great gift even to an adult.

another great NG book for curious kids. Interesting pictures and lots of information

One of the most popular books in my classroom—hands down. I actually had to hide this book at times because kids were arguing over who got it first. We literally had to draw names just to keep the peace. If a book can spark that level of enthusiasm (and mild chaos), you know it’s a winner. This National Geographic Kids Why? book is packed with 1,111 answers to all the weird, wonderful questions kids love asking. From “Why is snot yellow?” to “What’s inside a turtle shell?” it covers everything in hilarious, high-interest ways that keep kids flipping and reading without even realizing how much they’re learning. If this book helps your child want to read more… honestly, it’s almost worth the sibling fights. Almost. Great book—100% recommend.

This book is filled with interesting facts that my son finds entertaining. It's a great conversation starter and now we're constantly learning new fun things throughout the day. The quality of the pages are good, they have a decent thickness to them that doesn't make the pages rip or crumple as they're being turned.

My 8 year old nephew loves this book. He’s smart and curious… and when I received it in the mail (before I wrapped it and sent it to my nephew) I flipped through it and found myself discovering cool facts that even I didn’t know about! (& I have my Masters Degree).

Lots of interesting subjects with tons of pictures. Fun learning.

I bought two of this book, one for my daughter and one for her friend as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, one book has some dirt on it. This is unacceptable.

I bought this for my niece for Xmas because books like this make kids curious and interested in how everything works. I had something similar as a kid and I still wanna know everything about everything. Well, I could not help myself and I'm almost done reading it before I wrap it. It's easy and fun to read and its guaranteed you'll learn something every time you open it. The pictures are from national geographic so the book is gorgeous. Will look for more like this

He loves to pull out the book and share facts with mom, dad, grandma and grandpa and pretty much anyone who will listen. A great book for any “know-it-all”.
