There is no top or bottom to this shelf. Install it with the flange or top or bottom. For an ultra clean look, the flange can be hidden with wall paneling with some planning. * EASY TO CLEAN: Like most stainless steel, finger prints and water spots may show. Simply use a damp towel, or a little window cleaner will take care of it.

I had two of them powder coated for a 200-year-old bar that sit over the urinals so people can place their drinks while they use the bathroom. I also have them in my pool equipment room storing items when you do service on the equipment. Very terrible. Attractive. I used one to hold a condensate pump for my wine room Works extremely well.
