ASP-38CR 15-Inch Paella Pan With Lid, Red

This is a great paella pan! I love the color! It's big!!!!!!! Have made paella twice and it always come out great!!!! Cuisinart products are the best!

Perfect parlla

Red paint is cute but comes off on induction burner and creates a bad burning chemical smell. Pan burns in the middle 4-6", cool on the perimeter so doesn't cook even fish. Must be finished in the oven. Manual says to cook over medium and max oven 400 (lid at 350), not heating parameters suitable for paella. Cannot form succarat. Cooking surface scratches very easily, so use of spoons at table damages it. Best features are cool handles and red appearance. Now searching for replacement designed for actual paella cooking.

Heavy duty pan. Great for cooking Paella. Not flimsy like you find in most general stores. Highly recommended.

This is beautiful! And really big. The pan part goes up to 400 degrees in the oven. I haven't used it yet, but I am disappointed that although it is non-stick it says it will rust if you don't dry it properly. I guess non-stick doesn't mean rust proof! I thought I had escaped that common problem with paella pans. I'm going to try it out anyway. It's too gorgeous to send back!

Excellent pan for the price. At about half the price of a 'gourmet' company pan, this does everything you want for a Paella pan. The size is traditional and perfect for a family of four, or twice for a couple (Paella is a great left over dinner). Cooks well and evenly, and easy to put into and take out of the oven. Attractive enough to serve at the table---as Paella should be. Easy to clean.

My mom came out to visit for my birthday and I requested paella as my special dinner. Well, she forgot her well-seasoned paella pan. I purchased this as a quick fix but she was skeptical. After cooking the paella, she said it was a top notch pan. The rice cooked evenly over the stove and it was so easy to clean. Guess who's getting this pan for Christmas?

Really good product, the design is what I was waiting. Very good quality, the material is excellent, not so heavy and easy to clean.

A panela é linda, mas grudou o alimento e não soltou a marca do queimado ao lavar. E o fundo saiu o colorido. Achei que o custo saiu alto.

Perfect for the dish - Paella. I could prepare lavishly especially when I have guests. Ideal product.
