I've purchased this 13 times now, which should say something. It tastes delicious and genuinely like coconuts, as it should. I love adding it to cooked grains, potatoes, or greens. Try a little splash of Umeboshi plum vinegar with a dollop of coconut oil on freshly cooked rice—so good!! The price is hard to beat, which is why this is my first choice. It's a product of the Philippines and packaged in the USA. Also great for frying plantains or roasting veggies! Yum . . . .
