Works great, but the hole thing shakes a little when it’s in operation.

So far it is working great however i will say i didnt trust the self tapping connector to the mains pipe so swapped it out for a female 3/4 x male 3/4 x 1/4 isolated T valve that screws on to the washing machine inlet and fits the supplied pipe perfectly. The tap water going in was 350ppm (on a good day) and the pure outlet reads 000ppm after being filtered. Not sure of my ingoing pressure but the pump is very very quiet and psi is at a very stable 90 through the filter. I have tried a glass of the filtered water before being remineralized to see if the bleach taste was gone and it is, taste is clean. I had to contact the shop to confirm a few things and got a quick response (within 15 mins) it is quite heavy so if mounted with the wall mount it will bend the metal if not supported correctly. Another thing to mention is one of the connectors was leaking on the unit but a little teflon tape fixed it right away. Overall for the price im quite happy and i will certainly be shopping with this seller again. Aquarium happy and i have clean water to drink too.

You cant get better for the price. I needed RODI for my marine tank quickly during lockdown and this was delivered quickly. Produced around 25ltr in around 30-40 minutes. Its quiet and easy to use. The building purge controls and pump are brilliant. Makes life really easy. I did buy an additional TDS meter so i know when the resin or filter are done. Setting up was a bit of a challenge though as it did not come with instructions so only gets 4 stars. Ive heard of many others having issues and there are YouTube videos on how to connect it. Really shame they cant label the ports so you know how to do it first time. The DI resin didn’t last ver long that came with the unit (~100ltr) but resin is cheap and readily available.

For zero TDS this does the job, had quite a few over the years but this is the best so far👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Mine came with a manual for a non pumped version so I have been unable to set it up. I know how to do the the connections but I cannot see how you can flush the system as it is without flushing residue into the pump. Also there is a solenoid between the pre-filters so I can only assume that running this without power would mean water just stops after the first pre-filter and running it for the first time with power would mean the pump is running dry whilst the second pre-filter fills. Zero support of aftercare. No response to several emails (given the current situation I have allowed a month) and no response to my request to return. Have ended up filing a refund request with Amazon having never used the unit.

Purchased one of these over a year ago and its fantastic. I'm a stickler for keeping an eye on my water quality (as most of us with marine tanks are), and honestly, you can't do better than this. The flow rate is excellent, and, tds measurement is a constant zero. Its very very simple to use too. Personally I have it plunged in via the screw type fit to my outside tap, I purged the system, the waste water, down our drain, and when you run the system, that's where you keep your waste pipe. This is the first time I have had to change one of the filters, and honestly, we use our rodi system a lot. I have to say, that for the money, this is the best one on the market, purely because the flow rate is excellent, not just a drip a minute, but, an actual steady flow, and, for how long it lasts. Customer service is a little slow, but with covid as it is is absolutely fine. Delivery time, even through their own website is exceptionally fast. Absolute great, and will have no issues with using them again
