Pretty and shiny
I bought this chain because another I had not from this seller broke. This is perfect. I wish I had ordered a size bigger. I think I need to get another one a size or two larger in length to have that layered look. If you register your product with seller it’s life time to replace it. It’s well worth the money and the warranty of life time. Pretty and shiny.

You get what you pay for...
The chain was beautiful and shinny and very sturdy. I purchased it to wear a medal on and wanted to wear it as an everyday chain. After a month and a half of constant wear I find the chain to still be very sturdy, however, it is loosing its luster. I have not cleaned the chain with any solutions, however, I do shower with it on. I too have had issues with it grabbing and pulling my hair out. Again, if you need a chain for everyday wear, I do not believe this is sufficient. Perhaps, to wear for a night out here and there would probably be better... I will be contacting the warranty department as I am not completely satisfied with the product.

you get a great product for very little money
This is very strong. My wife has not taken it off once. I bought her a diamond pendant a while back and the part that you put the necklace through was too narrow so I had to squeeze and reshape part of the necklace and let me tell you this was no easy task this thing is super tough but I made it work. So if you're looking for something cheap and what appears to be very reliable I will definitely recommend this to anyone. It does not have a dull finish it is vibrant. if you told me that it was a $400 necklace I honestly would probably believe you because it looks that good. Well done!
