Awesome toy.
This is a very good LEGO type block set and in several ways it is superior to LEGO. The model has many delightful extra features, such as moving tail and a science lab inside (at least that is what the inside compartment is at our house). We got two Enlighten Octonauts sets last Christmas and loved both of those. Came looking for more this year.

Poor quality, dirty
My son is obsessed with Octonauts, otherwise I’d return this. Poorly made, scratched and some pieces were even dirty, with fingerprints and smudges on them, so I had to use antibacterial wipes. I knew it wouldn’t be as good as Lego, but I haven’t expected it to be that bad. Too many pieces, really takes time and patience to build the whole thing. I don’t recommend to buy any of these sets, it’s way overpriced and poorly made.
