Excellent source of small quantity tartaric acid.
Excellent item. Utilized in an industrial process, which required I weighed & recorded amounts used in solution. Happy to report that all 3 bags were within <0.005 of being 12 oz (i.e. 11.997 oz), which is exceptional. ' Highly recommend if you need tartaric acid.
