It came with a charging lead so double checked the specs. It states 2 AA batteries required but this model is supposed to charge with the charging lead. Unless I am being incredibly stupid 1) this product does not need batteries and has no way to insert them 🤦‍♀️ 2) the lead sent did not have a plug or advice on which plug could be used.
