Easy 5 stars — this grip strength kit is exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest positives is that I actually use almost everything included. A lot of kits throw in extras that never get touched, but this one feels well thought out and practical. The quality has held up well over time. After a few months of regular use, everything still feels solid and hasn’t shown any signs of wearing out or breaking down. It’s also versatile — whether you’re just trying to improve grip strength, add in forearm work, or use it for general fitness, it covers all the bases without needing additional equipment. Overall, this is a great all-in-one option that delivers on both usefulness and durability. Does exactly what it claims to do. I’ve used it on and off over the last month and have noticed a slight increase in grip strength. The main gripper ranges from small resistance to a lot, so I’d imagine this will be enough resistance for most people (excluding babies and bodybuilders). Comes with 5 instruments, which are all decent quality. Some of the mechanical ones make funky sounds, but none have broken or show any signs of exploding, so that’s good. Main complaint is that the grip trainer isn't very comfortable. But it’s lightweight and portable. I bought it on sale for like $8. Reasonable price would be $10-20. If you can get it in that range, I’d say great, it’s worth it.

I purchased 2 of these for $10 which I think was a great value. The quality of the product is good. Everything seems sturdy and well built. I like that the grip exerciser is adjustable so my husband and I can both use it. Each item works different muscles in your hands which is great because I work at a desk all day and have noticed significant muscle atrophy. The ball and donut shaped items double as good fidgets for people who need that. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is the California warning label for possible toxic materials used. I’m super cautious about toxins and this has me a little worried. The warning also doesn’t indicate what materials, in a long list on the Ca.gov website that it references, were used in making the product. But for now I gave it a good scrub and will use it until I find something else that’s non toxic.

Great product, after using it, helped with my TRIGGER FINGER and was able to open small and large water bottles. Love it!

The forearm trainer i bought last year has been serving me well at my desk at work. It has helped me not to get too stiff in my hands after all the works typing. I can say the spring tension mechanism is a bit touchy after being used so much. I use it hour or more a day and coworkers too but it is holding up super well to constant use. The other items that came with handgrip are super helpful as a stress relief as they are squeezable without noise.

Got it back in September and it was a useful tool for progressing with grip strength, but then up and out of nowhere the metal spring just fell clean off in the middle of gripping it with a clean break in the metal as if it had been cut with a knife...? Just snapped off. So strange, but I guess the build quality isn't too reliable. Gonna have to look into a better brand now. UPDATE: Company reached out and I've been sent a replacement that seems(?) improved, but also delivered extremely quickly. Honestly quite impressed with how helpful and generous they were, so hopefully I get more longevity out of this new one as I do find the product to be very comfortable to use. For the excellent customer service alone, I'm a happy customer once again. Will update further if something goes wrong in the future.

I ordered this bag of hand exercises around a month ago and I have been absolutely loving them. What I love most is the quality of all the pieces, everything is well made. I also appreciate the adjustability, no matter how strong your grip is I'm sure you will find this challenging. The size of everything is excellent, and all the pieces fit perfectly in a small travel bag. I have been using these items serval times a week and I already notice an improvement in my hand strength its very effective. I'm sure you will be just as impressed as I am.

All of the items are sturdy, long lasting and well designed. Great price point and different colors available so no mixup between sets for different people . We particularly love the adjustable tension on the hand grip. It’s very easy to adjust but doesn’t slip in the new setting so that more than one person can use it with ease. Plan to get another set just for travel.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
