good quality
I bought one Foster Grant readers at Walmart, for a few dollars less. These are far superior in sharpness. I just bought a second pair!

Metal frames
These are much better for computer use than typical reading glasses because the focal distance is farther out. I'm in my mid-late 40's and started to have difficulties seeing the screen clearly. This is very common for my age. They are nice and wide on my head unlike the 'James' and 'Conan' models which were too narrow. I've been using their plastic frame ones and those all eventually broke for seemingly no reason while wearing. I would be wearing them and all of a sudden a loud CRACK. These metal ones should hopefully not break in that way since they are metal. These Braydon model have a nice feature where the hinge flexes out beyond the 90 degree angle with a good spring action. My only minor complaint is that the nose pads are going to take some getting used to. The plastic James and Conan models don't have the nose pads and in that regard are a little more comfortable, IMO. What seems to be happening is that my nose is getting pinched between the pads. I will try some threaded bandaid strips on the pads to give them some friction so they won't keep sliding down to pinch my nose bridge.

They are purple!
My husband picked out this style but was disappointed that they are more purple than navy. They are still nice but wish they were more accurately described.

They work!
Put them on my face and never thought about them until -- After wearing these every day -- I realized how well they work. The computer doesn't need to be pulled closer or pushed away. Getting up and moving around -- I forget that I'm wearing reading glasses. No need to bob my head to find the focus. I just forget they're there. Great!

Works better than my prescription glasses.
I have bought these 3 times and only replace them as I am rough on glasses.

Reading glasses
I’ve bought two pair of glasses already. The first pair Frame broke when I put them on in two places and was refunded. Just bought a second pair ( Foster Grant ) reading glasses. Put them on for the first time and nose piece broke of , a 40 dollar pair of glasses broke again. The problem is and I’m convinced that China made products are poor quality and a waste of money. All glasses are garbage !

easily scratched
The fit and worked well, but since they are "readers" I don't wear them all the time. It wasn't long before they had scuff marks and scratches.

Just what I wanted
These are what I've been looking for in a reading pair of glasses. Trying to find 2.75 glasses isn't easy but Foster Grant makes them. The frame is light weight and comfortable for reading.
