I bought this for core and doing basic lunges.Core..Core supper hard to do because seat just sucks..So far I tried doing it with tights and with shorts on to have exposed skin on seat.. and I have hard time keeping my knees on the pad.. my knees slide no matter how hard I try. so if I bought this in the brick store it probably would be going back..For lunges it’s worth it for me because I can still feel resistance since I am just starting out with it but overall I am in good shape it will not last long. The way I look at this it’s part of my rehab after injury.I just wish the seat was good enough. I will try knee pads and see if this will. If it works will update this review.

I am pleasantly surprised. It's been a few weeks now and this machine has been a great addition to my workouts. So easy to assemble, storing is not a problem, good quality. There are adjustable settings to make it challenging. Very happy.

I feel the burn yes!! I was hurting my neck and back doing regular crunches. I was in need of a ab machine. I love this machine I actually feel the burn then when I’m laying on my back.
