I take these pretty regularly to promote good sleep. While Melatonin does wear off after about 4 hours for me, it does get me to sleep quickly and allows the noisy thoughts of the day to drift into dreams. Thumbs up.

Melatonin that works
This is the only brand of melatonin that I will buy. We chose it due to being USP certified, and it is the only one that reliably helps all family members fall asleep at night. I recommend people with poor success with melatonin to try it. I think the USP certification matters given that supplements are so little regulated that never know what you are getting with most brands.
