I pride myself on my tri tip here on the California central coast. I have found the absolute perfect spice mix the cow cover is low salt which allows me to first put a thin layer of Suzy Q rub followed by a generous layer of cow cover. I have cooked thousands of tri tips, hundreds of different ways and this is my go to for about a year, cooked over coastal live oak or in my smoker this is a winner, I have people saying they can never get their tri tip to come out like mine, well the secret is out now.. tip: dry rub and leave on a rack uncovered overnight in the fridge, then low and slow...

Cow Cover is our go-to, favorite dry rub for tri-tip roasts, steak, etc. and also a guest favorite. It’s a perfect blend of core spices with a touch of something else special. Highly recommended. Add it to your seasoning collection!

I use this rub on my brisket and other beef. Has great flavor and makes a big difference in taste compared to what you buy in the store.

It was just a bit salty for me, however the heat on the back side was quite good. I will use this again maybe a little less amount on my brisket.

LOVE this rub. Just a little spicy and brings out the flavor of steak and beef like magic. Even great on burgers. I will continue buying this. Already on my second package. This is a "go to" about every time I grill on my Weber.

I personally thought it was just okay. I used it for smoked brisket several times, and the family loved it, but at this price, I’ll continue my search for the perfect brisket rub. Definitely worth a try though. Fair warning- it’s a bit spicy for some.

This is my go to main Rubb!!!! I love this not only for BBQ but I also make my steaks with this rubb as well. It's great seasoning. I add my lil accent of cinnamon to it my goodness I swear every bite is absolutely incredible!!!!
