4mm shaft with flat. Fits Farmlite automatic chicken door.
Drop in replacement motor for a Farmlite automatic chicken door. I had to solder the wires from the old motor onto this one, but it fit perfectly. 4mm shaft, with a flat on the shaft. I got the 5rpm version. It's noticeably slower than the original. 10rpm is probably the right speed. I don't know about longevity yet, but I'm glad to have my door working again.

Strong and Silent
I create automata. Generally, I use electric gear motors. I HATE noisy motors. This little beauty is good-looking, very strong, and almost totally silent. Over time, this could become my default choice. I purchase 12 VDC motors and operate them at 5 VDC. Note: there is a corresponding reduction in speed, so plan ahead.

Wired backwards
I used the same wire back on the dot as the old motor. When the schedule hit open it closed and close opened. Once I figure out the timing was reversed I realized was wired backwards . I just set the timing on the program and was fine. This is a solder connector so be prepared, it’s not a spade press on.

works great
I'm using this motor to turn a custom designed ammo case loading feeder for my reloading hobby. the 5 RPM version seems to have enough torque to

Didn’t last long originally.
It did its job for a little over two weeks, then a gear broke inside like the one it was replacing. I just used parts from the original to make this one work again. It has survived thus far that way. To be fair, the seller would refund me, but not replace the item. This review is for the reliability of the item only.

It works as it is supposed to
I ordered the 500 RPM but receive the 400 RPM. Not a big difference but the rpm was to slow for my application

Works great but is noisy at high speeds
It’s quiet at low speed but gets louder as the speed increases. As others have noted it is a 4mm shaft which for me is not an issue since I was going to adapt to either.

It's a good motor. Hard to find exactly 200 rpm. It was packed well. It has good torque. I've ran it probably around 16 hours straight and so far it runs well. Long term I'll have to see

I've used these motors in a variety of projects. While not the most torquey motors, they sure do come in a variety of RPMs that make it easy to throw into just about any project without having to design your own gear train

Hasta ahora han salido muy buenos los motores que compré, excelente torque y consumo de batería.
