Excellent at increasing calcium!
I started taking this years ago when I needed to boost my calcium levels. Taking it twice daily did the trick. I chose this one for the benefits of the other ingredients. Now I only have to take it once daily. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Good stuff, potent! The capsules are tasteless, and although a little large they go down easy. I’ve never had digestive problems with them.

THIS STUFF WORKS WONDERS for swelling/inflammation and urinary tract health. Amazing product.
This elderberry supplement works WONDERS on my urinary tract. I have been a quadriplegic for 40 years and, because I have a Foley catheter, I am very prone to getting bladder infections. Doctors told me this 40 years ago and they were right. I also have a lot of edema, or swelling in my extremities, and pain in my bladder. This supplement helps a LOT with that. It is a combination of the ascorbic acid helps prevent bacteria growth, the vitamin D helps with the immune system, as well as the elderberry itself, which has tons of antioxidants and is known to help with inflammation. It works so well for my inflammation, my output will increase dramatically within a few hours of taking it… pretty much like a diuretic. I usually take one capsule 4 times per day. My "output" increases significantly within 24 hours and it is very clear. If I run out, my output drops, the swelling comes back and the bladder infections start to take over. It is sometimes not so obvious that supplements actually work, but I have no doubt that Viva Naturals elderberry is THE MOST effective supplement I have ever taken (magnesium, for bowel function, is the 2nd most effective.)

Honestly I’ve been taking these for two yrs, before going on a cruise. I have not even had a sore throat since then. I take one everyday. It works great for me!

Easy to take, solid ingredients, and gentle on my stomach
I picked up Viva Naturals Elderberry with Vitamin C and Zinc to add a simple immune-support supplement to my routine, and I’ve been happy with it so far. The formula checks the boxes I was looking for—elderberry + vitamin C + zinc—and it’s been easy to take consistently. The capsules go down fine, there’s no weird aftertaste, and it hasn’t bothered my stomach (which is a big deal for me because zinc can sometimes be rough). I also like that it feels like a convenient all-in-one option instead of juggling separate bottles. I’m not going to claim it “prevents” anything, but I do feel good knowing I’m supporting my immune routine—especially during busy seasons. Why 4 stars instead of 5: I wish the label provided even more clarity around sourcing/standardization (and I always recommend checking with your doctor if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medications). Overall, it’s a good-quality supplement and I’d repurchase.

Loveeeee!! 10/10 recommend! As someone who works in a school and has had a history of getting sick very frequently, I must say this has saved me. I have not gotten sick in several months and if I have felt off, it has lasted 1-2 days maximum. I will continue repurchasing this item as I believe it has helped to strengthen my immune system.
