Adventure Time Finn and Jake Investigations - PlayStation 4

Is it fun? Yes. Is it cute? Yes. Is it a great feeling to be back in the land of Ooo? OH yes! However, if you're looking for any sort of challenge, you won't find it here. It's definitely made for kids, and as such you are definitely hand-held every step of the way. Look at something for the first or 2nd time? Jake will pop in to say "hey! That kinda looks like it can be used XYZ way". But overall, I enjoyed my time visiting the land of Ooo with my digital "friends".

Really fun

I remember playing DOS games as a kid where you have to solve a mystery acting like a detective to find clues. That was my motivation in buying this for my kids. It has a tutorial kind of mode where things are explained to you so you can figure out the in and outs of the game. There were a few times we weren't sure what to do but after trying a few random things we did eventually figure it out. I enjoyed a the game as did my 10 year old. Fun for a detective mystery solving type mind.

If you're into adventure time and want to experience a *very* easy adventure game featuring the original voices and some slightly funny writing. (Some jokes got a big laugh out of me though) it's an alright game. Nothing genre breaking here and the adventure puzzles are very easy, so are the interspaces fighting segments. The graphics are better than I was expecting, seeing as how this game's been ported to the other systems I was surprised to not notice much of a difference except that it is in 3D. And yes, to anyone cuirous. This game DOES INCORPORATE THE 3D OF THE 3DS!.. I said that in caps in case someone was reading the reviews to see if it was in 3D. I absolutely hate getting a 2D game when expecting a 3D one. And yes, I'm in love with the 3D gimmick. I get way more immersed in the 3D game than 2D. So for a little visit to the cany kingdom and to spend some time with Finn and Jake, it's a fun little romp, and okay for the price. Oh, and possibly my favorite Adventure time game so far, but that's not saying much. Still waiting for that great Adventure time game to come along.... hopefully.

Having 100% completed this game on both Steam and Playstation and just gotten a XBox 360 (I'll get XBox One, too, eventually), XBox version was a must have. Adventure Time: Finn and Jake Investigations is a game I love to play over and over again. I've played many of the AT games and this one is my favorite thus far. You don't have to be a fan of the show to love the quirkiness and fun of it and I highly recommend it.

In our house, Adventure Time is HUGE. We all adore the show! It's one of the only things absolutely everyone of all ages just can't help but love. We purchased the previous Explore The Dungeon game and while it was cute, we were all hoping for a game that looked like this one!! Finally we got one! SO EXCITED!!! We popped it in and were anxious to play! Except the gameplay is so boring and slow we were all super bored. The instructions are laid out in repetitive screens you can't skip, it's dry and dull and the actual in game tasks and actions aren't engaging. We all wanted to love this beyond belief, and it looks incredible! But that really is all it has going for it. So sad. I don't see the kids ever giving this another go.

Cute and fun game

アドベンチャータイムのゲームがはたしてPS4である必要があるのか？と家族に言われながらも、私にはちょうどよいです。ボタンの使用方法がちょっと違うとかあるようですが、ちまちまとプレイさせていただいております！英語の勉強にもなります！いつも思うのですがこのアニメは子供向けなのか？大人向けなのか？最初は何これ？と思ったアドベンチャータイムにまんまとはまっています。

This item came brand new and on time. My kid has played it for hours and hours and never gets tired of solving the adventures.

Bought this item in error. It was not clearly stated that it is the US version and will not work on a UK system. Very disappointed, will be much more careful when buying in future.
