I have found Crucial Ballistix to be reliable DDR4 3200MHz ram which is also more likely to be compatable with your other components straight out of the box, a very easy and worthwhile upgrade to 2600MHz ram just make sure that the CPU and motherboard chipset support the Ram speed Most motherboard come with a list of compatable Ram brands/speeds They also look good in your build

At £65 for 2x8GB 3200Mhz sticks, you cannot argue with the value for money. I plugged this straight into the 2 free slots of my new machine, bringing it up to a total of 32GB. The existing RAM was at slightly slower speed, but this still worked, so you don't need to worry about existing modules. Everything booted up straight out, and machine now seems a bit happier, running about 5 virtual machines each with a decent amount of RAM assigned to them. Very pleased!

I've used Crucial RAM for close to 20 years in various PC builds, it is always solid stuff with great compatibility and reliability too. Definitely my first choice when it comes to RAM. As for Amazon though, I ordered the 3200mhz 16gb (8gb x 2 Kit) cl16 in red. It took 3 days to even dispatch by which time i'm guessing the RAM kit i order was out of stock or something, because i received a kit of 3000mhz 16gb (8gb x 2 Kit) cl15 in black. While technically about the same speed and fine for what i needed. It wasn't what i ordered and I didn't see any point in trying to return it for what i ordered as the stock and pricing was so intermittent. Anyway I guess what i'm trying to say is be careful ordering PC parts from Amazon and maybe use one of the main PC component retail sites as I did with the rest of my parts.

For the RAM to work at its advertised speed of 3200Mhz, the RAM XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) must be enabled in your PC's BIOS. Some reviewers don't seem to have realised this, and complained the RAM only runs at 2666Mhz. All gaming RAM is like this, and needs XMP activated. Had no problems installing or running the RAM at 3200Mhz for over a year before managing to (manually) overlock it to a whopping 3800Mhz. Completely stable. This was achieved based on settings I found from other users that had already achieved the same thing (16-19-16-36 at 1.4 volts). That the RAM is able to run an extra 600Mhz on top of its advertised speed with no problems is fantastic.

When the RAM turned up, the Crucial seal sticker on the outside of the box had already beed peeled back and somebody had obvisouly been in to the box as the cardboard flap was creased. As fas as I could tell the clear plastic case inside was still intact as I had to 'pop' it open. My guess is that somebody along the supply chain opened to look at the model/serial number to identify the Die or Rank of the RAM. I was going to return it but instead did some reading up and as the RAM I was shipped was Dual Rank rather than single, I decided to keep it as it has slightly better performance that Single Rank RAM. At the end of the day, I bought through Amazon and Crucial offer a limited lifetime warranty so I'm covered if anything goes wrong with the RAM. Installing the RAM was a doddle and it might just be me, but my games certainly seem to run smoother with the new RAM!

I bought this specifically to boost gaming ram. It was easy to install and integrated seamlessly into my system. I love the red housing as it matches the color of my motherboard and computer case.

Habe mir ein neues X570 System zusammengeschraubt und mich diesmal für Crucial Ballistix entschieden, weil sie.... ... allgemein einen guten Ruf haben! ... ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bieten! ... Micron E-die ICs verwendet wurden! ... Luft nach oben zum übertakten haben! ... auch optisch zu meinem System passen! __ Einbau __ Einfach die NIPPEL durch die Lasche ziehen ;) ...Spaß am Rande^^ Achtet auf den Nippel im Ramslot und der Nut am Riegel, denn nur so passt später auch alles. Dann die Beine spreizen..., ehhmm, ich meine die zwei Arretierungen zur Seite drücken und unter leichtem Druck vorsichtig den Riegel in richtiger Position reinschieben bis es „KLICK“ macht! Welche Slots ihr genau belegen müsst entnehmt bitte der Anleitung eures Mainboards, dies hängt auch von der Riegelanzahl des Kits ab! Grundsätzlich sollte alles ohne Komplikationen ablaufen und damit meine ich, dass ihr keine „Gewalt“ ausübt. Sollte es irgendwo mal haken, festhängen, oder schwergängig sein, dann macht ihr grade etwas falsch, was schlimmstenfalls einen Defekt hervorrufen könnte! Kontrolliert lieber einmal mehr, ob die Riegel auch richtig sitzen und auch eingerastet sind! __ Funktion __ Einfach nur das XMP Profil im Bios aktivieren und schon wurden die 3200Mhz erkannt! Bisher laufen die Riegel einwandfrei, auch mit leichter vordefinierter Übertaktung! __ Verarbeitung __ Wirken allgemein sehr hochwertig hergestellt und kontrolliert worden zu sein! Keine Kratzer, Verarbeitungsrückstände oder ähnliches entdeckt. Die Heatspreader aus Aluminium sind größentechnisch keine Monster, sitzen aber praktisch wie angegossen, so dass auch ein wenig mehr Takt locker weggekühlt werden kann! __ Optik __ Schön schwarz mit weißer Schrift ohne viel RGB-BlingBling, welches ich eh nicht brauche! __ Fazit __ Wenn ich die derzeitigen Preise sehe habe wohl ein wenig zu viel Geld bezahlt, aber so ist das halt manchmal mit Angebot und Nachfrage. Ich bin trotzdem zufrieden! Gekauft direkt von Amazon und nicht Marketplace! Absolut empfehlenswert! 5 Sterne

Excelentes para juegos y actividades en general, Soportan OC a 3600 Son las segundas que compro de la marca, no dan problemas aguantan perfectamente OC hasta 3600 No generan errores o dar pasmar al equipo, Excelentes para Ryzen o Intel (probadas con Ryzen 5600x / Intel I7 10 generación). La temperatura es muy estable, el disipador que traen aunque se ve muy basico pero es muy eficiente, No son modelos con RGB pero una vez jugando o trabajando es lo menos a lo que pones atención al final del día. Siendo modelo Ballistix son muy estables y los chips que incluye son de buena fabricación

since i Bought for Rs.2300 with little cute heatsink the product is value for money (Don't forget to set RAM frequency in motherboard bios setting to 3200 MHz otherwise this RAM will work with its default Frequency i.e. 2666MHz

Crucial Ballistix is one of the best RAMs out there. I have been getting very stable performance at 3200 MHz for the last 6 months. If you are okay with no RGB, you can buy this without worries.
