Has anyone used this for an outdoor tortoise enclosure please?

Yes - mine is in my tortoise’s greenhouse. Good to keep the background temperature up at night.

What is the range ob the thermostat?

I use it in a 6X8 ft greenhouse to keep the frost out it seems to work unless it is a very cold night

Do you know if I would need more than one of these to keep a brick insulated 6x6 ft area at 20 degrees C

Hello Jayne, I think you're asking a bit much from this little 2 foot heater. My guess is you would have to buy two of these, or the 4 four version to maintain that sort of temperature, depending on what the ambient temperature is of course. I hope this is of some help, Good Luck - DUDLEY.

How long is power lead

I had to cut mine down as I only required about 600mm, however if memory serves me they were 1m before I cut them down.
