I love the Lite house freeze dried herbs and blends. I use them all the time. The salad herbs and the guacamole herbs are wonderful in so many dishes. I'd really miss them if not available. The quality is excellent and the jar is a great size. Good value I think. Love them. Chives is another one I like.

This is an excellent herb blend for tuna, salmon, catfish and haddock and of course making salad dressing. it’s a good value and adds nice flavor to anything it’s added to.

Yes, this blend is great in salads, soups etc. but here’s my favorite use. I’ve been having a really tough time finding my cream cheese with onion and chives on store shelves these days. A difficult dilemma for this New York gal. So now if I see plain unflavored cream cheese on shelf I grab it, spread it on a hearty artisan rye, add a good size pinch of this unique seasoning blend, add smoked salmon and I’m in heaven. Hey, whatever floats your boat.. right? Enjoy!

Yes this is good to add to my homemade salad dressing -but it's such a nice mix of flavors I use it for other dishes as well. It's got herbs, onions, dill and garlic. Those are great flavors in many recipes. I experiment with this and other varieties and find more than one way to use them and they make my cooking taste delicious!

This bottle of dehydrated herbs and seasonings is one of my favorites for a variety of reasons. It contains red onion, shallots, dill, parsley,, garlic and chives. That is it.. freeze-dried. It's non gmo. I have used this not only when preparing garden salads, pasta and/or potato salads but also when cooking Salmon, burgers, baked potatoes, soups as well as Ahi Tuna steaks. It makes a great garnish. It is very versatile.
