Flexible, easy to provision phone for remote office
This phone is for my office and was easy to provision for Zoom WorkPlace Pro. I did have to call Zoom for support, but in the end, the issue was due to the Zoom website. If not for a minor misunderstanding of the Zoom web interface, this would have been provisioned fast. Call quality has been reported as very good, with clear sound. I will end up provisioning several other numbers in support of my remote tech and customer service business. Recommended!

Nice Phone
I use it with Vonage and got a wired headset for it. Nothing special as far as a phone, but it has all the features you’d need and works well.

Great Phone ! Not the best VOIP SYSTEM
Just stopping by to say if you're thinking of going with Vonage for your VOIP. DONT DO IT! They will lock you into a one year contract and there is always an issue with the phone lines. Something is always down and they charge you for every little thing.

It’s a Great Phone-And Great Company!
A great phone with absolute zero scratches to bare minimum this phone came with all necessary accessories including phone cord, headset and cord, as well as an ethernet cable. The audio is great, but could always be a little louder on the speaker side. As saying is it worth the money and how much the phone is I’d say yes! The company was great at replying to my message and shipping was as said - Two days!

Great value if buying used.
This specific phone was a return/open box model. The price was too good to pass up at $26. The phone was obviously opened up and probably configured for installation (there was a handwritten device name and password written on the box), and all of the packing material was gone. I'm not sure if it would have included a power brick if new, but this one did not -that's OK it runs off my POE Ethernet switch no problems. After changing the firmware path in settings it found a software update and prompted me to install it. After updating some of the graphical elements of the phone changed, more inline with the look of my Grandstream WiFi handsets. I'm using the phone with an AllStar-Asterisk server and Callcentric.com. I've set up two other Grandstream SIP phones and the process was identical, although the web GUI was slightly different. In minutes I had two accounts registered and on the display, each with their own soft key for dialing out. Call quality is excellent. I've been a cellular only phone user for about 20 years, only using wired phones at work, and then usually huddled around a "lowest cost solution" desk phone with several co-workers. Using the speakerphone in my home office is really fantastic, calls are clear and easier to hear than when using my iPhone's speaker. The time from dialing the last digit in the number to ringing is nearly instantaneous. It's a little odd to mention but when you experience it, you quickly notice how long it takes to establish a call on the mobile networks.

Good voice quality and wifi works, but screen kills the deal.
Likely the lowest New priced voip phone with wifi built in, and the wifi works well. But this clearly doesn't belong in the Grandstream enterprise line at all with this screen quality. Very poor viewing angles make it frustrating to use, and even when viewing it head on it's pretty bad IMO. Call quality is better than expected for the price, but I just can't recommend it for anyone due to that screen issue.

This is the one. Colour screen. Wifi 2.4 and 5 GHz. GbE, PoE and AC adapter. And if you didn't know, grandstream has a fancy cloud management console, for free.
